How to Use / Wear
1. Slip the bracelet onto your wrist - the stretch cord adjusts easily. 2. Wear on the left wrist to receive grounding energy. 3. For aromatherapy: add 1-2 drops of essential oil onto a few beads, let it absorb for a minute, then wear (avoid the elastic cord). 4. Re-apply essential oil every 1-2 days for a continuous scent. 5. Wear during meditation, yoga, work or travel. 6. Cleanse periodically (see Care) to refresh its energy.
