How do I track my order?

Visit the Track Order page, sign in with the mobile number you used at checkout, and enter your order number. You'll see live courier updates, the AWB number, estimated delivery and the full activity timeline.

Can I track an order without signing in?

For your privacy and security, live tracking is available only to the registered customer who placed the order. Sign in with your mobile using the same number you used at checkout — an account is created automatically the first time you verify.

Can I cancel or modify an order after placing it?

Accepted Answer

Yes — within 1 hour of placing the order, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we'll cancel/modify it with a 100% refund. Once dispatched (within 24 hours), the order can no longer be cancelled.

I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?

Please check your spam/promotions folder first. If nothing is there after 30 minutes, contact us at support@stonemart.co.in with your phone number and approximate order time — we'll locate your order in our system.

How long does it take to dispatch an order?

All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays go out the next working day.

How long will my order take to reach me?

Metro & big cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.): 2–5 working days. All other locations across India: 3–7 working days. Remote areas serviced via India Post may take 10–12 days.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free shipping is available on prepaid orders above a minimum threshold which is shown clearly at checkout. Orders below the threshold are charged based on weight and delivery pin code.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship across India only. International shipping is on our roadmap — please reach out via WhatsApp if you have a specific request and we'll see what's possible on a case-by-case basis.

How are stones packed for shipping?

Every piece is bubble-wrapped, padded with foam inserts, and sealed in a sturdy double-walled box. Larger artefacts and luxury pieces are crated and tape-sealed with fragile labels for the courier.

What if the courier doesn't serve my pin code?

If standard courier service is unavailable, we'll ship via Government Registered India Post (Speed Post). Delivery in such cases may take 10–12 days. You'll be notified at checkout if your pin code falls in this category.

What should I do if my parcel arrives damaged?

Refuse to accept any parcel that looks tampered or crushed. If you've already accepted it, record a clear unboxing video and report it within 24 hours to support@stonemart.co.in with your Order ID. The unboxing video is mandatory for damage claims.

Do I need to record an unboxing video?

Yes — please record a clear video of every parcel before opening the packaging. The unboxing video is mandatory to process replacement or refund claims for damaged, defective, missing or wrong items. It only takes a minute and protects both you and us.

How long do refunds take?

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method. UPI and Net Banking refunds may be faster; credit/debit card refunds may take the full window depending on your card issuer.

Can I return a stone because I changed my mind?

Natural stones vary slightly in colour, pattern and finish — that's part of their beauty — so we don't accept "change of mind" returns once the piece has been received and unwrapped. Returns are honoured for damage, defect, wrong item, or missing items.

Will I get a refund if Stone Mart cancels my order?

If we have to cancel an order from our side (stock unavailability, courier issues, etc.), we charge no cancellation fees and the full amount is refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.

Yes. Every piece is hand-graded for authenticity, character and finish before it leaves our workshop. We never sell synthetic, dyed-as-natural, or imitation stones — what you see is what arrives.

Why does the colour or shape look slightly different from the photo?

Every natural stone is unique — colour, pattern, inclusions and shape vary from piece to piece. Our photographs are representative and we try to capture each batch as accurately as possible, but slight variation is part of the beauty of natural stone.

We work directly with miners, lapidaries and master carvers across India and overseas. Sourcing is ethical and direct — there's no opaque middle layer between the mine and your doorstep.

Stone Mart currently operates on a prepaid-only model. This lets us pack and dispatch within 24 hours and keeps fragile pieces in our hands as little as possible. We may enable COD for select pin codes in the future.
