When you place an order on stonemart.co.in, the following conditions apply:

1. 1It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify and provide accurate order details — including product, quantity, and delivery address — before confirming the purchase.
2. 2Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, Stone Mart shall not be liable for errors arising from incorrectly submitted details. Customers may contact our support team, and we will endeavour to assist at our sole discretion.
3. 3We accept payments via UPI, net banking, debit/credit cards, and other payment methods as listed at checkout. All orders require advance payment — we do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).
4. 4Stone Mart does not store, access, or retain any financial information such as bank account numbers or card details. All payment transactions are handled by our PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateway, Razorpay.
5. 5In case of a payment failure, the amount will be refunded to your original payment source within 5–7 working days.
6. 6All transactions are subject to verification and fraud checks. Stone Mart reserves the right to decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraud or payment failure.

1. 1Stone Mart ships to addresses across India. International shipping may be available on request and is subject to additional charges at checkout.
2. 2Estimated delivery timelines are 5–7 working days and are indicative only. Actual delivery may vary depending on location, courier partner, and unforeseen circumstances.
3. 3It is the customer's sole responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping address at the time of order. Stone Mart shall not be held liable for non-delivery or misdelivery due to an incorrect address.
4. 4In the event of a failed delivery due to a wrong address or absence of the recipient, re-delivery charges (if applicable) shall be borne by the customer.
5. 5Risk of loss and title for items passes to the customer upon delivery to the courier / logistics partner.
6. 6Customers are requested to inspect the package upon delivery. Any visible damage to the outer packaging should be reported immediately to the delivery agent and to Stone Mart via support@stonemart.co.in or WhatsApp: 88908 01500.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is as follows:

1. 17-day return window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
2. 2To initiate a return, contact us at support@stonemart.co.in or WhatsApp 88908 01500 with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photographs within the return window.
3. 3Products must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original packaging. Stone Mart reserves the right to reject a return if these conditions are not met.
4. 4Returns will not be accepted for products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer after delivery.
5. 5Natural variations in colour, size, shape, and texture of stones and crystals are inherent to the product and do not constitute defects. Returns on these grounds will not be entertained.
6. 6Upon successful inspection of the returned product, a refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
7. 7Shipping charges for returns shall be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error on the part of Stone Mart (e.g., wrong product shipped).
8. 8In case of a dispute regarding a return or refund, the decision of Stone Mart shall be final and binding.

All content available on stonemart.co.in — including but not limited to text, product descriptions, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Stone Mart or its licensors, protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.
