Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).
  • Metro & big cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, etc.): Estimated delivery in 2 to 5 working days.
  • All other locations across India: Estimated delivery in 3 to 7 working days.
  • We ship throughout the week except on Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines are indicative only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Remote Areas: If standard courier service is unavailable at your pin code, we will make every effort to ship your order via Government Registered India Post (Speed Post). However, we cannot guarantee availability in all remote locations and delivery may take up to 10–12 days.

Shipping Charges, Free Delivery & GST

  • Shipping charges apply and are calculated based on your delivery location and the weight of your order.
  • Free delivery is available on orders above a certain minimum purchase value. The minimum threshold varies based on our current offers and promotions and is always shown clearly at checkout.
  • For multiple unit orders, the delivery charge is calculated based on the combined weight and destination of the order.
  • All our prices are inclusive of GST (Goods and Services Tax) as per Government of India regulations. We are fully GST compliant (GST: 08AFAFS4281E1Z1).

Damaged or Tampered Packaging

Important: If you receive a product in bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and immediately contact our team at support@stonemart.co.in mentioning your Order ID.
  • Record an unboxing video while opening the package — this is mandatory to process any replacement or refund claim for a damaged product.
  • Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging are intact when you send the product back to us.
  • Report the issue to us with clear images and video proof of the defect, the shipping box, and the labels.

Order Cancellation

  • In most cases, orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If the order has already been packed or dispatched from our end, cancellation is not possible.
  • If you wish to cancel, please reach out to us immediately via email at support@stonemart.co.in or WhatsApp at +91 94632 94094 and we will explore the best possible solution for you.

Replacement Policy

We offer a free replacement if the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. To claim:

  • Report the issue with clear images and video proof of the defect and the shipping box/labels.
  • The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, in original packaging, and include all items shipped.
  • Every replacement claim is reviewed. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost if the claim is genuine and proved after investigation.
  • The original item will be arranged to be sent back to us before dispatch of the replacement.

Refund Policy

We will issue a refund only if we are unable to provide a replacement for your product. Here's how the process works:

  • Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for quality, original packaging, and all included items/accessories.
  • If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method, or any other method by mutual understanding with you.
  • You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
