Cancellation Policy

Important: Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Since Stone Mart dispatches within 24 hours of order placement, please raise your cancellation request as early as possible — ideally within 1 hour.
  • Stone Mart does not charge any cancellation fee for orders cancelled within the 1-hour window after placement.
  • Once an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please use the return process after delivery.
  • If Stone Mart has to cancel your order unilaterally due to unforeseen circumstances (stock unavailability, logistics constraints, etc.), we do not charge any cancellation fees and the full amount is refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.
  • This ensures fair treatment for both parties in accordance with government e-commerce guidelines.
  • Cancellation requests can be placed via WhatsApp (88908 01500), email (support@stonemart.co.in), or phone (8890801500).
Brand Right: In case of unforeseen circumstances, Stone Mart reserves the full right to void the shipment and process a refund for the applicable order.

How to Return a Product

Step 1

Contact Us Within 7 Days

Reach out via WhatsApp, email, or phone within 7 days of receiving your order. Mention your Order ID and reason for return.

Step 2

Share Proof (Mandatory)

Send clear photographs or an unboxing video of the product showing the issue — damaged, defective, or wrong item. Video proof significantly speeds up resolution.

Step 3

Return the Product

Once approved, ship the unused product back in its original packaging with all included items and accessories. We will provide our courier address.

Step 4

Verification & Inspection

Our team will inspect the returned product — including all original packaging and accessories — within 2–3 business days of receiving it.

Step 5

Refund or Replacement

Upon approval, we will process a replacement (preferred) or refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Damaged or broken items received upon delivery

  • Defective products that do not function or appear as described

  • Wrong item sent (different from what was ordered)

  • Missing items from the order

Not Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences

  • Products used, altered, washed, or worn by the customer after delivery

  • Items not returned in their original packaging or original condition

  • Returns requested after the 7-day return window

  • Customised or personalised items made to order

  • Gift cards

  • Non-returnable products as clearly mentioned on the product listing

  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are strictly non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Personalised or customised items made specifically for you
  • Gift cards or store credit vouchers
  • Products explicitly listed as non-returnable / non-refundable on the product page
  • Items returned without original packaging, tags, or accessories
Size & Preference Returns: We do not accept returns for size issues, quality concerns, or personal preferences. Please carefully refer to the product description, dimensions, and photographs before making your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

Mandatory: Please record a video of every parcel before opening the packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if any items are missing, this video is mandatory to process your claim.
  • Report damaged, defective, or missing items to our customer service team within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
  • Contact us immediately at support@stonemart.co.in or WhatsApp 88908 01500 with your Order ID, images, and video proof.
  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate after reviewing your proof.
  • Please ensure the original product tag and all packaging are intact when sending the product back to us.

Exchanges

Exchange Policy: We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please initiate a return (if eligible under our policy) and place a new order for the required product.

Replacement Fee

A flat fee of ₹200 will be charged for approved size exchanges, covering shipping and handling.

Receive Replacement

After payment, we will dispatch your replacement and provide a tracking number via SMS, Email & WhatsApp.

Complaint Resolution & Contact

  • Once a complaint is raised via email, WhatsApp, or phone, our team will acknowledge it within 48 hours.

  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 15 business days from date of receipt.

  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., courier delays, extreme weather), Stone Mart reserves the right to void the shipment and process a full refund.
