What is a 7-chakra stone set?
A 7-chakra stone set is a curated collection of seven crystals — one for each main chakra. The standard set is red jasper or hematite (root), carnelian (sacral), citrine (solar plexus), green aventurine or rose quartz (heart), lapis lazuli or sodalite (throat), amethyst (third eye), and clear quartz or selenite (crown).
How do I use a chakra stone set?
Lie down comfortably and place each stone on its matching chakra location, starting from the root (base of spine) and moving up. Breathe slowly for 5–10 minutes per stone, or run through all seven in a single 15-minute session. Many practitioners do this once a week as a maintenance practice.
Do I need all 7 chakra stones, or can I start with just a few?
Start with whichever chakra feels most relevant to your current life. Heart chakra (rose quartz, green aventurine) is the most common starting point, followed by crown (amethyst). Build up to the full set over time.
Can I substitute stones in a chakra set?
Yes — chakra stones are matched primarily by colour and energetic association. For example, any red stone works for the root chakra; any green or pink stone works for the heart. Use what resonates with you and what's in your collection.
